  • I have worked in Mental Health for over a decade. My focus now is individual talk therapy, but I started doing community crisis intervention with individuals and families and have a range of experience in Mental Health treatment offered in NYC.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I identify as a Latina Heterosexual female. I’m bilingual (Spanish & English) y me encanta trabajar con gente en los dos idiomas.

I became a therapist because I was always curious about what drives individuals to do what they do, think like they do and I find it to be an honor when someone lets you take that journey with them. I love working with people who are curious about themselves, who want to work towards becoming the best version of themselves.

I studied Psychology at Brooklyn College, started my career in Mental Health at a city hospital which led me to pursue my Graduate degree. In 2016, I graduated from the Silberman School of Social Work and have been practicing as a Clinical Therapist since!

  • As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use an integrative framework, pulling from PsychoDynamic Theory, CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy based on what might best meet your needs.

I Offer Individual Therapy

Therapy at Trifecta is one on one. Sessions are 50 minutes long. We’ll usually start with a check in and a body scan, then move on to talking about whatever topic you bring that day. If you get stuck, I can help guide you through exploring how you’re feeling or what action you want to take. The wisdom is there inside of you. I’m just here to help bring it out of you.

    To make sessions as convenient as possible, all sessions are done virtually via Zoom.

  • Insurance & Sliding Scale

    I take many insurance providers, or if you decide to pay out of pocket, you may be able access my sliding scale.
